First let me say that I did not want to write this negative review. The product looks great, installs easy, and is functional. So why the negative review? you might ask. Simple. The product is incomplete.
I received my order today (13 days after the purchase, so if you need immediate protection find something else). After giggling like a school girl and opening the product, I was stoked to see my custom picked art that was soon going to decorate my phone (I'll get some pics up soon). After watching a couple reviews on YouTube I knew what all came with the ZAGGskin. Front and back, full protection. Or so I thought. After installing the back pieces, I realized something was missing. Where was my front protection?? "No big deal" I thought "must have forgot to include it". After installing the InvisiSHIELD screen protector, I decided to give them a call so that they may correct the error. After about 20 mins of confusion from the ZAGG people, I was informed that ZAGG no longer made a front piece for the Motorola Droid ZAGGskin. WTF??? Now here is where I begin to get angry. Not only are you not told this untill you recieve the order and call them thinking there was a fluke. But they also told me that the best they could do was give me and additional 20% off on the InvisiSHIELD full front cover (saving me $7.99 on a cover that was already $29.99). Why did I just spend $30 on a protective skin, to not only not get the full protection I was supposed to, but then for you to tell me that I need to spend more money??? $50??? I should have just kept my case on. I just wanted to enjoy the thin and sleek Moto Droid, the way it was meant to be. It's a shame really. I had high hopes for ZAGG. I also used to have a lot of respect for BODYGUARDZ.com but they will no longer get my business either (it's no coincidence that both shield companies are based in Utah...) ZAGG.com fails. Customer service lady was nice, but not helpful.:icon_evil::icon_evil::icon_evil::icon_evil::icon_evil:
This is all that you get with the ZAGGskin "kit". Note that it's only the back pieces:
These front trim pieces I had to cut MYSELF using what was left over from the sticker sheet:
