zip files

I have a moto droid with froyo 2.2
Bugless Beast .4
How do i get these zip files onto my phone after I download them?
Do I just mount my droid and drag them to it/
If , then what?
Any help is apprieciated.

Basically, yes it's a drag and drop operation. Just like you installed BB v.4, move it to the root of the sd card then (for SPRcovery) rename it to update.zip and install through recovery. With Clockwork, just use "install from SD card".

Thank you for the reply.
I am using clockwork so I would use "reboot into recovery" ?
Also I am wanting to try different themes. Do the same as a zip file and it will only change the theme ?
Will I be able to get just the old theme back if I wanted?
Lastly, so I don't keep bothering the forum, is there a tutorial for this?
