4g going on and off

My has bad connectivity I called Verizon and they said all they can do is send me a new sim, they said they cannot replace it, because it is out of warranty. Has this happened to anyone else. My phone is refurbished and I've only had it for 2 months.

This is a known issue with just about every ThunderBolt.

Well my main concern is that can I do anythig about it. I called Verizon and she said all they can do is a aim card. Am I really screwed and stuck with this phone.

Unfortunately Verizon will not replace your phone of it's under warenty. Mine has the same problem so I'm just living with it until I'm due for an upgrade next month. When I'm at home I just use Wi-Fi.
