Answer/Ignore Button Text change

How does one go about changing the text for the 'answer' and 'ignore' buttons?

Where I come from everyone calls the 'ignore' button the '**** you' button and that's what I would like to change it to.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure of this can be done but its sounds like a great idea.
