Backup (for non-rooted phones)

I couldnt find a good backup program when I first bought my DX, that would backup my apps AND my data.

Does a backup program exist yet that will backup a non-rooted Android phone?

My Backup Pro? I believe it doesn't need root and I've heard a lot of buzz about it on here.
