Better FM radio app?

I use the stock FM radio app. It works fine except for one thing: you can't control the volume when the screen is locked. Like you can with the Music app.

I searched around on the market for other FM radio apps, but I couldn't find a single one. I found many apps that let you listen to Internet radio. And a couple that let you find local FM stations -- but not listen to them. Does anyone know of one out there?

TuneIn radio will play your local stations. It's over the Internet, not from the airwaves though.

Thanks. But I'm looking for something that will use the FM receiver in the phone, not an app for Internet radio.
