Bugs in SG2

I just bought a used G2 so that I could switch to straight talk. When I began to play around with the phone, it started to act funny. Media scanner continually checked for media. Over and over. Then when I turned it off a battery symbol came up with a loading circle, then a yellow triangle, then a green battery. Only on the green battery could I boot up the phone.

I think there is something happen with SG2, because I am also facing lots of problem on it.

What mean? i am trying to find answer about that so long time but nobodu can answer this!
