Bypass slide lock and go straight to pattern lock

I was wondering if there was a way to bypass the slide to unlock and go straight to the pattern lock on the Droid 2. Seems silly to me that you should have to unlock the phone with the slider and then unlock it again with the pattern lock.

Please let me know

I'm in the same boat. That's really stupid, and there's no reason it should be like that. I was using a different phone with 2.1 and it always went straight to pattern unlock. I was meaning to make a thread about this myself, actually. I want to use pattern unlock, but it's too much of a pain to do when I have to slide first.

Get Screen Mode Widget Lite from AppBrain.com and you can unlock by just opening or pressing button.
