carbon rom trouble

just flashed to the carbon-jb-v1.7 on my verizon gs3 and also downloaded the latest gaps file from goomanager after I flashed carbon and tried adding the gapps file I got a bad file. It was already too late I flashed carbon so now im stuck with it the problem is i can download apps and use some but i cant use the browser and I had a backup for the old marketplace from which i was just going to update to google play but it keeps force closing same with the browser i also can not download from unknown sources I tried downloading a different rom and also different gapps. Now I would be fine but i have a mac. so my question is can anyone help me flash back to stock rom on mac or just keep carbon but fix the force closing???? help please!!!

If you can get them on there just flash the Gapps.

Can't help with the SBF cuz I don't have the phone. Someone should be along shortly to help. GL.
