Delete folder on SD card

I have a 8 GB sd card and its just about full. I was looking through it on my computer and found a folder called Android that looks like it has data from some of the apps i have installed. But i just moved all the apps to the internal memory. Would it be okay to delete this ? Otherwise i cant figure out whats taking up all the space. Pics is about a 1GB, music is about 2GB, this Android folder is 3.5GB . Not sure if this helps but here is what it looks like once you open Android\data .

Check the OOB folder which was located in Android folder. If there any file exists, copy that file in to internal memory. Otherwise you will lose your application.
