Droid X2 powers down Radomly

My Droid X2 powers off randomly then when it restarts it says to connect to charger. Battery is charged 80 -100%. I have already done a system reset to factory settings and hasn't helped. What can I do to fix the problem?

You may need a new battery. Mine used to do that until I bought a new battery on ebay $4

I had same problem. Make sure to change power saving settings [Battery &data manager] default settings on my x2 after root was Nightttime saver. i'm still running fine on original battery...............................................................................................................................
