There is a seller on eBay (moretalktime) who sells custom TPU cases for a lot of phones including the Incredible 2 with the extended battery.

Bought one off this guy last week, fast shipping, and case was pretty inexpensive....pretty bare bones, but it fits and adds some degree of protection at least
