Galaxy Tab GPS?

Hi, I have a Galaxy Tab 3 8" and am attempting to get a version of Tomtom 'for android' to install via APK, but despite apparently installing ok it fails to log itself in, possibly due to not having GPS 'enabled' properly!
Is it possible to enable GPS on this device please?
(NB: This APK installs fully and works great on the Galaxy S3 and the Note 3, so why not the Tab 3?)

Thanks mate, still hoping for a successful result to my quandry here!! lol!!
I'd assumed the Tab 3 software would be able to handle this 'app' just as do the other Samsung Galaxy devices - but the others do have this 'enable GPS' option in their Settings, but cannot find one in the Tab 3, so hoping for a way round this please?

Still no news on whether my Tab 3 should be able to open the Tomtom 'Euromaps' software via APK file - as I CAN do on Galaxy S3 and Note 3 phones?
