A 16 GB phone...brand new...is still a good deal at that price. Not everyone needs more than 16 GB.

Good price is <$100 for 32gb phone. I've bought several 4g lte phones for various providers for under $20 brand new.

The only thing not great about this phone is the 16GB and the average user won't need more than that.
