how do u moved files using astro or androzip

I'm trying to move 4 theme zips from mnt/sdcard/downloads to my sdcard (sdcard-ext)
But I when long press the zip file I press "move" and navigate to sdcard ext/downloads and says "can't move, system restrictions"

Have you tried copying them instead? Not sure why theres a system restriction there.

Have you tried Solid Explorer? This is the most intuitive and fluid file manager I have used for Android so far. I even like it better than Root Explorer, which was my previous favorite.
