How to get phone call to automate passwords

Brand new to the Droid and I can't seem to find a way to program the phone to call my office voicemail and automatically sound tones to access my mailbox and then my password to open the mailbox to hear my messages. Is there a way to do this on the phone already or do I need an app and if so, what app? Thanks.
