How to sync Calendar from Outlook 07 to Droid?

Ive got my email account synced to my Droid Inc. but I cant seem to figure out how to sync my calendar.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a question for urrone hahahaha. I want to sync my Outlook contacts with my Droid but I can't find any free software to do that yet....Any ideas?
