Best. ICS ROM. Ever.

Wow - speed and battery life are unparalleled compared to anything else I've tried. Look and feel is great. It's like a brand new phone.

Only issue I'm having is S Voice won't read me the prompts out loud. Makes it difficult to use in the car via Bluetooth without constantly looking at the scren. Something I'm doing wrong (the little voice prompt button in the corner seems to be set correctly)? Alternately, is there somewhere I could find the apk to go back to the moto stock voice dialer (which I, of course, failed to backup)?

Loaded this up 2 hours ago and chopped 40% off my extended battery... But I've been on it a lot... Really smooth... No issues thus far

Edit : the fm radio is awesome

Installed fine, got to initial setup screen, and the four corner trick to bypass it no longer works.

Have no sim card, nor can I gain access to one. How do I fix this issue?

Exactly, using it on WiFi as I did previously. It just passed kangbang's activation with a spare net10 sim card, as well as EclpiseICS 1.2. AOKP'S JB Rom does not have the activation process at all and it works as well, barring no file explorer to install other apk files.

boot looping.. all I did was a normal reboot and it got to the Motorola logo and stayed there.. pulled the batt and wiped the caches... nothing... still stuck on the M.... I'm back on my stock rom until I figure a fix
