That's the irony of it...it is an EXCELLENT recommendation...but I know my battery far better than most.

So what did that take me all together...

Started at 8:43, completed at 10:27, and did all the typing, posting, pic uploading and such in between. So it's safe to say you can RSD Lite Fastboot revert to .211 from any version of ICS and get back to fully operational .215 ICS in about an hour and a half.

Not to shabby.

Now to add MattyP's and my Custom Boot Animation!! :icon_ devil:

Once that's done, I'll install CWM Recovery, then Update_RAZR_CWMRecovery_TouchOnly_J.Y.Daddy_12.02.21.zip (touch Recovery), and finally RAZR-CWMOnBoot-Global-J.Y.Daddy.zip, so the phone boots into touch recovery every time.

Once done, it's time to hack the Hotspot to work and I'm back to installing user applications and deleting crapware that can be deleted and disabling the rest that can't.
