Sadly it doesn't, plus it takes days for it to calculate all the apps. In the case of Pandora, the App manager itself has frozen on it before as well, and I'm not going through all those keystrokes in my truck, when I actually use pandora. ATK= two buttons and problem solved for me.

There are multiple other task killers that DONT run automatically that can take t he place of ATK.

I suggest you download one and try it out. It should save you a ton of battery which is why you started this thread in the first place.
