Kernels for UD

Using a kernel from chevy 1.1 lv great battery life. Much better than the slayher version.

I tried flashing chevy's 800mhz lv kernel and sent me to a boot loop, I've always used chevy's kernels with every ROM I have flashed including UD's. I'm running p3 right now but Im just curious if anyone else had this problem with Chevy's kernel and UD 2.0?

Ok, after A LOT of tinkering I finally got chevys kernels to work with UD 2 & wifi works, chevys kernels had worked with my droid, & I had a hunch it was something I was overlooking & believe it or not the problem was the theme, but, im not sure here, this is purely a guess because i really dont know if it could even be the problem but i think it had or has something do to less system space after themed? I flashed back to my un-theme version of UD 2 i had backed up (i always keep an unthemed version backed up for numerous reasons) & I also removed all system apps that i never used....rebooted into clockwork, wiped the cache, & installed the kernel from sd card, let it reboot and what do ya know it took the kernel..then rebooted again into recovery & applied the theme & its all good.

Been using Chevy 1.1 medium volt with each version of UD. So far so good for me. Works like a charm...

. And no Bluetooth issues great speed incredible battery life

Is there any chance that the stock kernel will work with this? Sorry dude I like the rom but the battery doesnt last more then 4 hours before its dead.
