Keypad not working during call

For the past four days or so, my keypad/dialpad has stopped working during a call. It will show and hide, but does not respond when I click it. This is especially frustrating because I cannot enter my password to check my voicemail. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there something I may have done on accident??

Had the same problem

Don't know what causes it, but removing and replacing the battery will fix it.

I had the same problem in my fascinate....I tried replacing the battery and it worked..

• From the Keypad tab, tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper right).
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Call.
• Tap DTMF tones.
• Tap Long
