When I send a group text message in Message +, my phone is sending the same message again to one individual out of the group simultaneously. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

Do you know what kind of phone the individual that's getting multiples has?

And are the other people in the group getting at least one copy of the message? Or is it sending it multiple times to one person and not sending it at all to the others?
