MIUI 1.8.12: Flash Extended Settings ZIP to fix FC on changing Toggle Settings

As the title says...flash the extended settings zip on 1.8.12 and the FC on changing Toggle Settings from Full Page to Compact will go away.

Make sure you mount system when flashing it in clockwork. Its the only way I got it to work when I flashed it.
