I have found and installed the Stock ROM but now I can't fix permissions through ROM Manager. I don't have any problems fixing permissions when I am running CM7.

You can not alter/change permissions on the D2G without root access.
You can try these codes to access certain operations though:
##7764726,(program) on the second screen (SPC password, enter six zeroes) then tap verify, which will bring you to a list of operations, from user activation, to CMAS test settings.
You can also access a few additional settings with *#*#4636#*#*...
