For some reason my phone keeps reseting every few hours and I'm not really sure why. I know this is a very stable rom. If I can't fix it id at least like to know why it keeps doing this. Thanks.

i think i have a clue as my phone will random reboot as well on gb roms it hasnt as much on this rom and im almost positive it reboots to free up system memory if possible check under settings/about phone/mem info does it drop on the avial side below 30 or 20 before reboot?

Chevy No1 has "fixed" this issue with whatever tweaks he made to his rom as well as using compcache. From what I read he says that the issue is related to the fact that the D1 just doesnt have enough ram.

ok thanks guys...so i should try chevy's kernels? Yea it doesnt do it as much as other roms...that is true

I haven't experienced any random reboots. 2.3.3 has fixed most issues with reboots.

I don't have that issue unless I play music. Then it just freezes. I've left it for 5 minutes but it never reboots or force closes. Not really a big deal but here's hoping for a solution!

trying to recreate this bug right now is there a custom kernel on it or are you on the stock kernel?

I use lithium music player btw and it only started when I enable compcache so Im gonna try disabling that first and Chevyno1 at 1.1 gHz. Also thanks for the reply. Its nice to see a dev so focused on problems. +1 respect
Edit: scraping compcache did nothing but running the auto kill feature on advanced task killer seemed to do the trick
