playing videos uploaded to computer

I cannot view the videos I uploaded to my computer..is there a program I can download to help with this? I can hear the audio from the video though...

#2 Mostly, your problem is resulting from the format the movie is in....what is it? avi? MPG? tell me pls!

It's been a while, but I think I just right clicked and changed the file type to .mp4 & then they played on my PC. Like I said, it's been a while though, so maybe make a backup copy first.

Just download and use VLC media player. I've never had a problem opening any file in VLC, it will play pretty much anything. Sometimes files and media players can just be pretty persnickety.
