Post Screen Shots of Sapphire!

Wow, ficarra, you're running way too hot there! 56 C is in the red zone for sure, so watch out.
it's hot, no doubt. But I think these CPUs are rated to like 90C.

The cpu itself is rated to 70 C, but the other components on the board are rated a little lower. But that's a moot point because no froyo kernels have cpu temp monitoring yet, so the 56 C is the battery temp. Those kind of temps will do damage to the battery.

Here is my main screen:

10 degrees C from the boiling point of water? I'd like to see something official which backs that number up.

you are correct (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-hacks/20406-max-temp-while-overclocking-5.html) my mistake. There was another link in the same thread (Sitara ARM® Cortex™A8 and ARM9 Microprocessor - AM35x ARM® Cortex-A8™ - AM3505 - TI.com) that I was thinking of. And good point about the battery, hadn't thought of that. I wonder if they will get CPU temp monitoring on froyo kernels...

Yeah, the phone was plugged in for a little while, sitting on top of my computer tower. Normal level is ~35* C. Maybe 40* under load.

Went with a new color choice for 0.8.4! Still playing with the horizontal progress bar .XML

It is something I put together. If I had any clue how to make an update.zip I'd post it up! I used blackbarmod update.zip to package the apps and all the changes.

The green Text is ffa0ff00, and the progress bar is based off of 8bf334 with two other gradients of it.
