Prepping for a possible November OTA update ...

With a possible November OTA update looming, I have a few questions ...

What are steps for preparing for an OTA update when you have a ROOTED phone? (just ROOTED via 1-click ROOT -- no custom ROMs, etc.) Will the OTA apply if accepted?

I have Voodoo OTA ROOTKEEPER installed and a backup of SU, etc., made. Is the process as simple as accepting the OTA and then restoring ROOT access via the Voodoo OTA ROOTKEEPER tool?

I have a Motorola Droid Bionic w/ the Gingerbread release that ships with the unit (v2.3.4). STOCK phone and just ROOTED -- no custom ROMS, etc.
