Screen Stuck in Landscape

The screen/digitizer cracked on my droid 4 so I had a buddy replace it. Everything went fine, but now it's stuck in landscape mode as if the keyboard is stuck open.

Is there a switch or contact that tells the phone the keyboard is closed and if so, could it be broken or misaligned?

If a battery pull didn't fix it or a FDR doesn't fix it, something in the repair might not have been done correctly. I dunno if there is a "switch", but there is something that tells it the keyboard is open. I would assume that is the issue.

Yea, it's been reset and I've pulled the battery, same result. There's a little gold contact that makes contact when the keyboard is closed, and it looks to be in fine shape and is making good contact. I'm stumped :blink:

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem.
Unfortunately the link doesn't work anymore.
Is there anyone who got stuck on landscape after reassambling the phone and managed to fix it?
