Now with all the official specs leaking out today for the Samsung Continuum, is this on anyone's shopping list?

I upgraded from a D1 as well.
If you take a look at the specs of all Galaxy S phones and the Nexus S, aside from a few deviations, they are basically the same. Same CPU and GPU especially. So when you see a Nexus S kicking ass or a Galaxy S variant running roughshod over other phones, we can look fondly at our Continuum and say "you can do that too."
And more... with a ticker!
^__^
AND a grip sensor!
But in all seriousness, I'm excited to see what this baby can do. It is essentially a CDMA Nexus S with no front camera, 128MB less RAM and only 2GB of internal flash storage but more screen space (ticker and buttons) and a grip sensor.
In my mind, I see no reason why we can't shoehorn Gingerbread on this baby, crack the ticker code, over-clock the heck out of it, stuff a 32GB Class 4 or 6 MicroSDHC card in it and have a real screaming device!
Personally, for the customizing Android enthusiast, I think this is the device of choice for the time being.
We just gotta scrub off all of the 'whiz...
