Speaker mode

Ever since this update my Turbo 2 only answers the phone in speakerphone mode is there any way to shut this off it is driving me insane

Have you rebooted the phone since the update? I assume you mean the Android 7.0 Nougat update? Have you tried to clear the app cache? Clear the system cache partition?
