It's true but only for the specific carriers it's already been released to. Shouldn't put the att firmware or whatever carrier on your device if it's different.

Yes. It looks like VZW and Sprint released early. Hope ATT catches up.

Don't install it, it will screw up your phone then you will have to send it to manufacture
