Text messaging and contacts

Force close every time I open text messaging app! Can't send our receive texts, instant force close. Also, something is messed up with contact storage. It's displaying all Facebook contacts and when I go to the options in contacts it force closes. What can I do?

Edit: Handcent is working, still have contact issue

have u froze any apps? sounds like u froze the yahoo contact app

Yes that was the problem with my contacts. Not sure about the text messaging app.

sounds like the same thing..it happened to me u have to unfreeze and figure out what one is needed

It was email authenticator. Fixed!
