The mobile networks, not work (bug)

Guys, the CM9 ICS has shown a bug, I can not connect to mobile networks in any way, but when I apn settings, it does not save my profiles. someone i encountered the same problem? Someone managed to solve?

turn ON airplane mode, then turn it OFF again, and there you go ...

so far unsolved. this problem persists in all the "roms " that use ICS so far.
