Yeah, it's weird. If you get time could you try installing eclipse and your theme in safe mode with safestrap. Since no one else is confirming this, it would help if someone else tested this.

alright bro... can try again tomorrow perhaps... main thing is that any instance of vending in data/app needs to be cleared, and you manage to reboot into recovery with whatever version of market only in system/app... only then I feel the aligned black market zip will install... anyways have a good one at work
