Toggle Pulldown menu

I am not sure if I am referring to this by the correct name but I am curious as to what the circle with the arrow at the end represents in the pulldown menu?

I no the others area Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, data, GPS, silent/vibrate, display and airplane mode.
