USSD codes not working outside Verizon

Somehow I think that the problem this time isn't in the baseband. I wonder if USSD works for example in MIUI or CM7 ports.

There's also a port of Milestone 2 in the works, but it seems kind of stalled for now.

Any update on this issue? Any fix? I got a Motorola XPRT and still the same isse :/. USSD Codes don't work.

No updates. It's in the baseband. It might sometimes work; most of the time it doesn't. No fix is known at this time.
