Volume problem

Hi everyone..I'm new on this forum..just got a gn 2 wks ago..can anyone help me improve my volume... when I'm watching youtube video I barely hear anything and my volume is all d way up..thanks in advance

I believe its' the same. You'll need a volume booster for it
