Have you tried opening the photo to get an idea? Perhaps if you saw what the picture was and when you took it, that may help trigger what settings you may have set differently when taking said picture?

I'm not sure. I'm saving mine internal storage and not seeing that. But heck....my computers can't see my sd card now with Marshmallow. And it's still external storage. Go figure
