50% of Battery gone by Whisperd???

I did the JB update and phone was terrible did a hard reset and phone has been working great for the last two weeks now my battery is going quicker then hell. I looked under setting, bettery and whisperd is taking 49% of my battery use.. Anyone know what this is and how to stop it?

Is it an app that you downloaded? If you can post a screen shot of the battery stats
