Alarm issue.

While my phone screen is off my alarm will activate as normal. BUT once it starts it then makes a beep sound and then goes to vibrate.

While my screen is on it acts as normal.
I need the alarm to continue making it's noise not beep then vibrate.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped.

try clearing the cache and see if it helps. it tends to fix a lot of issues.
