Just installed it with no problems, but I thought it would change the icons and the lockscreen also.

Finally decided to root and while I was at it I applied this theme. Love it. The Dev stated that the icons and launcher are from mdw ex. His theme just changed some of the framework.

The dev gives zips for both odex and deodex. I personally just rooted stock, not deodexed and flagged the theme. He even provides a zip to flash back to stock in the event you did not make a backup of your stock and need to revert.
