bootloader problems

I have used the utility, and am able to root my phone, but when it comes to unlocking bootloader, all goes fine, till the end...then it say's "fail -11 write" anyone have an idea how to fix/get by this?? would appreciate any help. using droid razr maxx hd build # 9.8.1Q-62_VQW_MR-2 android 4.1.2 system 9.16.6.xt926.Verizon.en.US....kernel 3.0.31-ge491d6d

i dont know if this has been addressd this is the onlt place ive found with this question close to mine. Had my HD rootedthen went to unlock the bootloader now its stuck in safe modeyou try to reboot or even reset and wont its still in abd can anyonre help out of this
