Can't log on or delete WiFi network

Can't login to me HP wireless network or my wireless home computer network.And, cannot delete either one???

Have you rebooted the network routers? Have you tried removing the saved networks on your phone?

Hello again TxDoc. Just to add to what leeshor and Jeffrey already posted; have you installed any new apps lately? Are all of your WiFi options grayed out in the WiFi Settings menu?

I had an issue on my wife's phone last year after she installed the USPS app. It instantly locked out all WiFi Settings on her phone; I couldn't turn it on / off, couldn't disconnect from our home WiFi, couldn't add a new connection, etc. Everything was locked out. I uninstalled that app and rebooted the phone and all was normal again.

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to see if you have the same issue?

my I first chance to reply. I printed out your replies and will see what I can come up with and get back possibly by tomorrow evening. Didn't want to y'all to think I had not read the help. Will see what I can determine.
