clockwork help!!!

ok so i rooted my phone so it said via universal androot step by step, everything was succesful, when the phone rebooted it said droidmod and started up as normal but it kept forceclosing and wouldn't let me get into anything.... i tried to uninstal it and reinstall something else but when im in rom manager it wont let me do anything says there sum kind of clockwork error or permission or somethig so i dont know what to do... i even tried to do it off the computer as update.zip but everytime i try to instal is says abort.... Help Me lol

Check two things in Rom Manager. Open Rom Manager and tap Fix Permissions. Next, tap Flash ClockWorkMod Recovery. Let us know if this corrects you issue.

when i go to fix permissions it says an "error occured while attempting to run privileged commands"

In your phone settings do you have Unknown sources box checked? If not do so then redo the fix permissions.
