Custom Ringtone and Moto X Problems.

So I know this should be really easy, but for the life of me I can't set a custom MP3 ringtone on my Mom's Moto X.

It seems as if I have tried Everything but to no avail. I have tried downloading and moving the MP3 to the Ringtone Folder via PC, and An Android File Explorer. NOTHING!

I have also converted the MP3 to an OGG feel and that doesn't seem to work either.

Plus Apps lie Zeadge, which allow one to download and set custom Ringtone don't work either.

For some reason it doesn't matter if I select the ringtone, it alway reverts back to an built in ring tone.

I've never had this kind of problem before with any phone I have owned.

I've seen this problem posted before but haven't seen a fix. I'll see if I can set a ringtone & get back to you

Go figure, not even one minute goes by after I post this and it starts working.

No idea how but it started working. Finally!

Hmm its good that it started working . Easy way is to reset your device
