Solved Frontier charges rental fee even when using your own router

Only way to avoid fee is to purchase their own router.
Frontier customer bought his own router—but has to pay $10 rental fee anyway
Thanks to removal of net neutrality by Ajit Pai cable companies can abuse customers any way they please and there is nothing we can do about it.
