I am thinking about using old, retired phones as ornaments.
Power them up, and let them light the night up as you watch the bar graphs 'twinkle'....
Might be fun to set the alarm on a few to wake up Santa as he drinks the hot cocoa and cookies laid out for him, can't have Santa being late for the other kids you know *wink*
