How to replace glass on Droid Ultra

When I first set out on my venture to repair my Droid Ultra I was told that the whole lcd/digitizer combo would have to be replaced and would run upwards of $250 for parts. Now I am seeing on numerous sites for sale just the digitizer/glass for around $30. I have found a few videos on how to replace the entire lcd but nothing on how to replace just the digitizer/glass. If anyone has any info on how to do this or a link to a video that would be fabulous. Also any info on how to replace the front bezel would be helpful as that is also broken and I havent seen that shown in any videos of a teardown of an Ultra. Thanks in advance!
